There are many natural remedies and supplements that can help fight off and reduce chronic inflammation but one of my favorite tools is INTERMITTENT FASTING.
Intermittent fasting means going without food and water for a minimum of 12-16 hours.
This has been a healing practice since ancient times. Giving your body a break from food allows your gut to reset and inflammation to cool down. Your body then uses existing fat deposits as its source of energy, producing some unique benefits to your overall health.
Weight loss will be a pleasant side effect of intermittent fasting.

In my clinical practice, I have observed and implemented intermittent fasting as a tool for increasing fertility, recommending it for 5 days in a row in the follicular phase.
As a procedure to correct hormonal imbalance, intermittent fasting needs an experienced clinician to prescribe the exact protocol.
As for all fasting methods, check with your health care provider that you are in an adequate condition to do it.
I personally use intermittent fasting 3 days a week.
